Purify DNA from biological sample sources including cultured mammalian cells, mouse tail snips, whole blood, buccal swabs, body fluids, paraffin-embedded tissues and more in as little as 100µl elution volume. The eluted ultra-pure, high-quality DNA is ready for downstream applications such as PCR, sequencing, Southern blot analysis and restriction enzyme digestion.
