The Gene Choice® Gel Extraction Kit from Genesee Scientific allows >90% recovery of ultra-pure DNA (70bp to 20kb) from standard or low melt agarose gels. In 15 minutes or less, highly concentrated DNA up to 10?g can be eluted into as little as 10µl and is ready for downstream applications such as PCR, qPCR, sequencing, cloning, southern blotting, nucleic acid labeling, in vitro transcription, restriction enzyme digestion, etc.
